Parenting Forum
A new support for all parents, meeting the first Tuesday of every month at 8.30pm. First date is February 2nd
This group will meet on a monthly basis where parents can be of support to each other informally.
Parenting Support Course for parents of 3 to 12 year olds
’Positive Parenting’ is a HSE sponsored course for parents of 3 to 12 year old children.
There are six 2 hour sessions starting Wednesday 24th February at 8.00pm .
These courses are facilitated in a gentle style and include participation and discussion from the parents attending. A huge part of the benefit and enjoyment of the courses comes from shared experiences and information. There will also be information and helpful tips given by the facilitator.
The topics include:
Participants receive a Certificate of Attendance at the end of the course.
Cost is a donation.

Childsplay
Tuesday and Thursday mornings 10.00am to 12.30pm.
Come, meet and enjoy being with other parents/carers/ guardians and their babies, waddlers and toddlers.
This is a chance for parents and children alike to meet and make new friends. All children under 5 welcome.
All children must be accompanied by a parent or carer.
Prism
Parents/Guardians of children attending Rainbows/Spectrum
Parents/Guardians are invited to participate in their own peer support while the children & younger people are attending Rainbows and Spectrum (teenage programme)
After School Club
The Club resumes on Wednesday 13th January 2010.
The After School Club meets on a Wednesday and Thursday evening directly after school.
The children attending do homework, play games and other activities. The cost for attending the Club is minimal.

BOOKINGS
All workshops and courses must be booked and paid for in advance,a non refundable
deposit of €10 is required for all workshops and courses.
Special concessions are available for those who require same.

donation is requested from all people attending groups, a guide of €3 is given.
