Basic First Aid

Refresher First Aid

A one day refresher course for those who have completed a Basic First Aid course.

English Language Classes

English classes are available to foreign nationals who wish to learn both spoken and written English.

Yoga

Young Adults Alive
Date: Second and Fourth Thursday of each Month Time: 8.00pm Cost: €2
A group for young adults of varying abilities aged between 17 and 28 years, meet up for various social activities include bowling, cinema, quizzes and more.

Women Together
Date: Monday 8th November for 5 weeks
Time: 10am to 1.30pm Cost: None
This is a five week course, five mornings per week, for women who are unemployed. Covering topics such as personal development, art & craft, back to work/ education information and other topics as requested by participants. Booking is essential.

All Man
Date: Monday 13th September for 5 weeks Time: 10am to 1.30pm Cost: None
This is a five week course, five mornings per week, for men who are unemployed. Covering topics such as personal development, art & craft, back to work/ education information and other topics as requested by participants. Booking is essential.

Marriage Preparation Courses
Date: 17th & 18th September, 5th & 6th November
Time: 8pm -10.30pm Friday, 11am -5.30pm Saturday
Cost: €150 Booking is Essential
It is recommended that couples complete this course at least 6 months before the planned date of marriage.
