One to one and group support available: please contact the Centre for more information. Suicide is devastating, it’s suddenness can leave many unanswered questions.

Loss of Relationship
The New Life Team supports people who have been out of a relationship (for whatever reason) for some time. It is expected that participants have undertaken some reflective work since the end of the relationship.

Rainbows for Children & Spectrum for Teenagers
Date: Information night Thurs November 4th from 7 to 8pm Programme starts Thurs 11th November for 12 weeks; 6 weeks before Christmas and 6 weeks after.
Time: 7.00 –8.00pm Cost: None
This is for children/teenagers who have lost a parent or significant other through death, separation or divorce.
Grief takes so many forms; death, separation, divorce, loss of what was and what might have been.

Beginning Experience

Time: 7.30pm Cost: Donation
A structured support programme for those who have lost a partner through death, separation or divorce. This programme will enable you to work through your grief and pain with people who understand.
Teenage Support Group– Alcohol/Drugs

Time: 8.00pm Cost: Donation
A group for young people who have family members or friends in their lives who are misusing alcohol or drugs.
This group aims: to support these young people in their lives, to introduce coping skills, to provide a safe and confidential space, to be educative in understanding the dynamics of addiction and the environment in which it exists

If you are interested in being part of a support group for any
other issue please contact the Centre for example:
Gay & Lesbian Support Group, Adult Survivors of Sexual Abuse.
If enough people are interested in becoming members,
a group will be put in place
