Beginning Experience

Programme starts on Monday January 30th, at 7.30pm for 10 weeks including information night.
A structured support programme for those who have lost a partner through death, separation or divorce. This programme will enable you to work through your grief and pain with people who understand.
Loss of Relationship Date: To be confirmed. The New Life Team supports people who have been out of a relationship (for whatever reason) for some time. It is expected that participants have undertaken some reflective work since the end of the relationship. For more information contact the Centre or you can contact Ann 087 1337706

Bereavement Support
Date: Wednesday February 1st for 6 weeks.
Time: 8.30pm Cost: Donation
If you are grieving the loss of a loved one, friend or family member come and join others who have experienced such a loss in a caring and confidential
environment.
Support for the Suicide Bereaved
Date: Contact the Centre
Time: 8.30pm Cost: Donation
Facilitator : Fr. Brian Conlon, MIACP.
One to one and group support available: please contact the Centre for more information. Suicide is devastating, its suddenness can leave many unanswered questions.

Rainbows for Children & Spectrum for Teenagers

This is a two term programme.
This is for children/teenagers who have lost a parent or significant other through death, separation or divorce.
Grief takes so many forms; death, separation, divorce, loss of what was and what might have been.

Parents/Guardians of children attending
Rainbows/Spectrum are invited to participate in their own peer support while the children & younger people are attending Rainbows for children or Spectrum for teenagers.
Teenage Support Group– Alcohol/Drugs

A group for young people who have family members or friends in their lives who are
misusing alcohol or drugs. This group aims to support these young people in their lives, to introduce coping skills, to provide a safe and confidential space, to be educative in understanding the dynamics of addiction and the environment in which it exists

If you are interested in being part of a support group for any
other issue please contact the Centre for example:
Gay & Lesbian Support Group, Adult Survivors of Sexual Abuse.
If enough people are interested in becoming members,
a group will be put in place
